Terms and Conditions
Prior to using our website and/or booking with us please read our terms and conditions carefully. In using our website and/or booking with us you are thereby agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Definitions
1.1 In these terms and conditions, the terms “Mystery Gamedays” “we,” “us,” and “our” pertain to a travel booking company situated in the UK.
1.2 The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of our website and the individual who reserves our services.
1.3 The term “Services” denotes the travel booking services we provide, encompassing the arrangement of accommodation, transportation, and activities for your ‘Mystery Gameday’ weekend.
Booking and Payment
2.1 To proceed with a booking, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Children can be on the booking but this must be stipulated to us during booking.
2.2 When making a booking, it is imperative to furnish accurate and complete information, including your contact details, booking preferences, and any specific requests or requirements.
2.3 We will send you a confirmation of your booking through email or WhatsApp and provide you with full details of when to expect your reveal pack containing all your documents relating to your Mystery Gameday weekend.
2.4 At the time of booking, the full booking fee must be paid. Payment options include credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay.
Travel Arrangements
3.1 We will make every effort to organise your mystery football weekend in accordance with your preferences and requirements as stipulated in your booking.
3.2 Flights will always be direct and return to the same airport as the departing airport, unless specifically advised by us.
3.3 You will receive the flight booking reference required for check-in. Check-in is the customer’s responsibility prior to departure.
3.4 Additional services such as larger luggage or extra legroom may be purchased at the check-in counter or during online check-in. All flights will be booked with carry-on luggage only, with dimensions not exceeding 40cm x 20cm x 25cm.
3.5 We cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or alterations to travel arrangements beyond our control, including those caused by transportation providers, accommodation providers, and activity providers.
3.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess all necessary travel documents, including passports and travel insurance. Visas will not be needed for UK and Irish passport holders.
3.7 Any supplementary costs or expenses incurred during your mystery weekend, such as meals, beverages, local transportation, and activities not included in our services, are your responsibility.
3.8 Should any element of your package be cancelled, delayed or effected as a result of any of your parties behaviour Mystery Gamedays LTD will not be held responsible and you will not be eligible for reimbursement of any kind.
Liability and Disclaimers
4.1a We bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that you may encounter during your mystery weekend, including those arising from transportation providers, accommodation providers, and activity providers.
4.1b You will be liable for any damages to property incurred during your stay. You will be given an advance notice of these charges and given the opportunity to appeal.
4.2 We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your failure to comply with these terms and conditions or any applicable laws and regulations.
4.3 We cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any accommodation, transportation, or activity providers.
4.4 Our website may contain links to third-party websites beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or any other aspect of these websites.
4.5 We retain the right to modify or terminate our services and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
4.6 If the match you have booked is cancelled, has its capacity reduced or is operated behind closed doors:
a. A full refund will be available for match ticket element.
or
b. The option to move to another event for the same weekend will be offered if available, rather than taking the refund.
We’ll communicate your options to you by email within 48-hours of the event details changing in this way. We’ll let you know if there is an alternative option and how to go about making the change or requesting your money back.
4.7 Due to the nature of football and flight tickets, bookings cannot be refunded for the flight and accommodation side of the booking. We may be able to change your flights for a fee, contact us as soon as possible.
4.8 Packages will be fully ATOL protected. Company ATOL number: 12618. All consumer monies received will be placed in a trust fund via Protected Trust Services.
An accommodation inclusive booking is deemed as a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Therefore you will benefit from all rights applying to the package. Mystery Gamedays Ltd will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the overall package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, Mystery Gamedays Ltd has protection in place to refund your payments where necessary to ensure your repatriation in the event that we become insolvent. Where ATOL protection applies, a certificate will be issued within 3 days.
Intellectual Property
5.1 All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, either belongs to us or is the property of our licensors.
5.2 Without our prior written consent, you are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content on our website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK.
6.2 Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

7.1 If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding these terms and conditions or our services, please reach out to us using the contact details provided on our website or dedicated messaging channels.
Insurance
8.1 Mystery Gamedays is ATOL protection and you will receive an ATOL certificate within 24 hours of your booking.
8.2 You are responsible for having adequate personnel travel insurance to cover health, injury or loss and Mystery Gamedays will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any loss, injury or damage.
Refund Policy
9.1 If you or any member of your party decides to cancel your booking once you have made payment you must notify us in writing. If the cancellation is not for the whole party, then this may effect the cost per person and you will be liable to pay the increase.
9.2 Due to costs incurred by Mystery Gamedays the following cancellation charges apply. These charges will be deducted from your booking fee and your refund will be issued from the remaining funds if applicable.

50 Days + 30% of booking cost
30 Days + 75% of booking cost
Anything less than 30 Days 100% of booking cost
9.3 Mystery Gamedays will not provide a refund for any travel, hotel or ticket that has not been used as a result of you returning home early/cutting your trip short, not travelling, or being late for any part of your package which includes but is not exclusive to flights, hotel and match tickets.
9.4 In the event that you or any member of your party do not travel on any out-going or return flight which was booked by ourselves on your behalf you will not be eligible for a refund.
9.5 Requests for refunds that occur on or after your scheduled out-going travel date will be reviewed at Mystery Gamedays absolute discretion.
9.6 Requests for any refunds that are for reasons other than a total cancellation of your package will be reviewed at Mystery Gamedays absolute discretion.
9.7 In the scenario of a fixture change that means you are unable to attend your football match while we will try to arrange an alternative we cannot guarantee this will be possible, in the event of us not being able to arrange an alternative fixture a partial refund will be made available at our discretion.
Changes to your booking
10.1 We will try to accommodate any changes to your booking however we cannot guarantee any changes can be made following your booking confirmation.
10.2 Any changes to your booking will incur an admin charge of £50/change.
10.3 While it may not always be possible to do so, should you wish to add a new member to your booking we will request that you provide all the information required.
