REFUND POLICY
9.1 If you or any member of your party decides to cancel your booking once you have made payment you must notify us in writing. If the cancellation is not for the whole party, then this may effect the cost per person and you will be liable to pay the increase.
9.2 Due to costs incurred by Mystery Gamedays the following cancellation charges apply. These charges will be deducted from your booking fee and your refund will be issued from the remaining funds if applicable.
Days prior to departure Cost for cancellation
50 Days + 30% of booking cost
30 Days + 75% of booking cost
Anything less than 30 Days 100% of booking cost
9.3 Mystery Gamedays will not provide a refund for any travel, hotel or ticket that has not been used as a result of you returning home early/cutting your trip short, not travelling, or being late for any part of your package which includes but is not exclusive to flights, hotel and match tickets.
9.4 In the event that you or any member of your party do not travel on any out-going or return flight which was booked by ourselves on your behalf you will not be eligible for a refund.
9.5 Requests for refunds that occur on or after your scheduled out-going travel date will be reviewed at Mystery Gamedays absolute discretion.
9.6 Requests for any refunds that are for reasons other than a total cancellation of your package will be reviewed at Mystery Gamedays absolute discretion.
9.7 In the scenario of a fixture change that means you are unable to attend your football match while we will try to arrange an alternative, we cannot guarantee this will be possible, in the event of us not being able to arrange an alternative fixture a partial refund will be made available at our discretion.
Changes to your booking
10.1 We will try to accommodate any changes to your booking however we cannot guarantee any changes can be made following your booking confirmation.
10.2 Any changes to your booking will incur an admin charge of £50/change.
10.3 While it may not always be possible to do so, should you wish to add a new member to your booking we will request that you provide all the information required.
