A Mystery European Weekend Package will be 2 nights Friday - Sunday. The Mystery Champions League Package will be Tuesday - Thursday. If you would like to add an extra night, you can do this on our BESPOKE page.

You will receive your own personalised reveal pack around 10-15 days before you are due to travel. This will include every detail about your trip.

Yes! we will always ensure a travelling party is sat together at games and on the plane. Note: For large groups we will try to the best of our ability but will certainly ensure you will be sat with someone from your party in separate groups.

At minimum our accommodation guarantee is 3* however we also offer a guaranteed 4*, this means you will be booked into a 4* hotel or an Air BnB apartment of 4* equivalent quality. If you would like something different, you can fill out a bespoke package form and state what specific accommodation you would like.

Due to the nature of booking flights and match tickets, our trips are non refundable. In the unlikely event that a fixture gets moved/cancelled we will endeavour to communicate as soon as we find out and present an alternative fixture for your party to go watch on your weekend away. If nothing is achievable a partial refund will be made available for the inconvenience.

When booking flights we try to operate on early flights the day of travel so as to maximise your time on the trip, however our flight times will differ from one package to the next. If you would like to specify a flight time again include it in special notes section of the passport form, which you will receive after you have ordered.

Our packages will have dates of 10 month in advance to book, more dates will get added weekly so the answer is you can book anytime as-long as we have the dates available online. Our packages will sell out fast, so ensure you get in quick!

A small backpack is included, for a 2 night trip this will be enough for 2 changes of clothes and a small washbag. If you would like to add carry on baggage of 10kg then simply fill out our bespoke form and request carry on baggage.

Our packages require upfront payment online, we accept all types of card payments.

We cater for up to 8 passengers. However we can accept special requests for larger groups but this would need to be completed in the bespoke request form section.

Yes! If a group below 8 people are going, then simply book one of our online packages. Alternatively fill out our bespoke request form to really personalise your trip and receive your personalised booking price via email! For parties over 8 people, they would also be required to fill out our bespoke request form or alternatively the lead booker can email us at info@mysterygamedays.com so that we can cater to all needs and produce a personalised price for your larger group, to ensure its a trip of a lifetime!

As always when travelling you will need to have an in-date passport. When attending all Mystery Gameday matches you may need to carry a form of ID just to be safe as some clubs in Europe require this to gain entry to their stadium.
